PolyNote Privacy policy

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING POLYNOTE!

The PolyNote App might require from the user to provide the following privacy-sensitive information: his (nick)name and email address as well as an email address used for sending monthly reports. This data along with some other user options is stored locally on the device and it is never being sent to a server and/or used by third parties. This data might also be contained in an Export/Backup package in an encrypted format, not accessible outside the PolyNote App. The user is further himself fully responsible for sharing and/or storing this Export/Backup data.

The PolyNote App is used for managing user's Field Service data. This data is stored locally along with other data and it is also contained in an Export/Backup package in an encrypted format, not accessible outside the PolyNote App. The user can use the PolyNote App to send monthly reports about his Field Service data. The user is himself fully responsible for sharing the Field Service data in this way. The PolyNote App makes it possible to tag field service presentations including a very short remark. These tags are stored locally along with other data and it is also contained in an Export/Backup package in an encrypted format, not accessible outside the PolyNote App. The user is himself fully responsible for the contents of these remarks and must ensure that the laws regarding the Privacy, applicable in the country where he lives, are respected.

If the user wants to delete all locally stored information, then he needs to uninstall the PolyNote App. The local record of the provided data will be deleted too. The user is himself responsible to also delete any exported data existing outside the PolyNote App.
